Secret Projects operates a reservation list for all future trips. This ensures that anyone who expresses interest is added to the list and offered the opportunity to book before trips go on general sale.

We release the price for each trip after the trip has taken place the previous year. This allows us to set accurate pricing based on real-time exchange rates, updated accommodation costs, and any year‑on‑year changes in trip expenses.
