Does your child love being creative? Sign them up to join our fun and friendly After School Sewing Club and learn exciting new skills while making their own handmade creations!

Suitable for children in Year 3 and above.

📏 Safe cutting techniques
🎨 How to customise and personalise textiles
👜 How to create a range of handmade products to take home

Each child will customise their own denim jacket throughout the term. Please provide a denim jacket for your child and ensure they bring it to every session.

About the Club Leader

The club is led by Fritha Vincent Mason, an experienced creative with extensive experience working with children and young people. Fritha is passionate about traditional sewing skills being passed on to the next generation and believes that learning to sew helps children develop creativity, confidence, patience and practical life skills that they can enjoy for years to come.

You can book for the full term. Thursday Sewing Club will take place on the following Thursdays of the term - 

September 10th, 17th, 24th October 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd November 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th December 3rd, 10th, 17th

You can book for the first half of the term. Thursday Sewing Club will take place on the following Thursdays of the first half of the term - 

September 10th, 17th, 24th October 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd

Those booking half term will be given first refusal on the places for the second half of the term.
